80's sci-fi/action/horror movie with some kind of cyborg enemies

Hello folks! I need help with a film I have very few memories of. I saw it when I was a small child and it was very horroristic for me at that time. It is most likely from the 80’s, with a small chance of the very late 70’s or and even smaller chance that it is from the very early 90’s, but I can’t rule it out.
I think the plot takes place in the present at the time it was made, or perhaps in the near future (compared to the date of filming).
The film displays some kind of technocrat enemies, which might be cyborgs and there are more of them. I think they are hard to kill enemies, but I can’t remember what kind of weaponry was used against them, normal or some kind of futuristic stuff. They are bigger than man, they have a metallic outer shell, but they have human-like heads, if I remember well. I don’t remember where they come from (from the future or another planet) and why, what they want, but when they are close to arrive, the clouds on the sky start to move a lot faster. I think this happens more than once through the plot.
There are few scenes I remember, the first is where somebody hit one enemy with a truck and it almost dies. I can’t remember what happened to the truck, but I think it suffered major damage. Later we see the creature crawling on the asphalt half-dead, without the outer robotic-like shell, only the living tissue. And a scene, where, I also think one of the protagonists shows a cut-out, strange cyborg heart, telling others that the enemy can be killed.
And there is also a scene when people hide from a nearby enemy in a forest. They have very good senses I think, it stops to look around or something, then continues without finding them.
And I also think these enemies mostly move at night or in the dark, this is why it was in the forest, but that might be misleading and I am really not sure. But my memories are all about dark scenes.
I hope someone will recognize the film from this very little information given.
