I’ve watched this movie a long time ago and, unfortunately, I only remember a few details. It was an american tv movie (based on the level of production, I’m sure it wasn’t released on theaters) about a psychotic hitman who worked for the mafia (I’m not sure if the movie was a fictional story or if it was a biopic of a real life gangster like John Gotty). I’ve watched it back in 2008 so, it could have been made in the 90s or early 2000s.
Here are the few details I remember. The main protagonist (a blonde guy in his 50s) with glasses, was a sadistic psychopath… in one particular scene there’s a guy chained (one of the protagonist’s victims) and, he starts to yell at him: “c’mon, why don’t you start to torture me… I can’t wait?” and, while he’s yelling, the protagonist starts to wear a surgeon suit and replies, with absolutely calm: “I’m gonna torture you, just give me a few moments” (the whole scene was disturbing but hilarious at the same time).
The other thing I remember about that movie is the ending. The film ends with a car falling into the water (or exploding), and the protagonist making a bizarre speech, and telling things like: “Nobody can touch me… I’m King Kong” (I’m not sure if those were his exact words and… I can’t remember if he was the one who was driving that car).
Those are the only things I can remember
