The cartoon looks like plastiline. There is a small town of different animals near swamp. A pig cooks cupcakes but they started disappearing. Everyone start thinking that there is a monster who eats cupcakes and they create a cage for the monster. And in the end it turns out there is no monster. One of them just steals cupcakes.
