its a movie about a cop that stops a guy that supported the cops with money and gets a penalty changing him of district and his gf has a green volkswagen beetle, in some part of the movie when the cop gets to the new district, he doesn’t find anyone in the office and then the police and a gang stars shooting each other and then they take a cop as a hostage but the guy was an undercover cop and stopped the gang
