Hello, I am looking for a movie which I saw as a kid, so it had to be released between 1995 and 2012.
Main villain is bald guy who was reborn and have spider sign on his head.
In the movie there is in one scene male chinese actor whose name I do not know, but I know him from the movie Taxi 3, see picture below.
Two kids control the main guy by remote playstation console in the final scene and he cuts the bald villain head off.
I remember there was a quote from the movie that was mentioned every time two kids started to play playstation game, the quote was something like: The heads will roll.
The movie should be probably from chinesse production I guess.
Anybody would know please? Thanks in advance.
