I only remember the beginning of the movie. It’s a low-budget film with no famous actors. A white guy visits his African American coworker at her place because she’s sick. He tries to fix or connect her TV, but he’s missing some part or an adapter, so he goes to the store. His bank card is declined, and the ATM doesn’t accept it either. He goes to the bank, where there’s a security guard. The guy shows the teller a note saying it’s a robbery, and then a police chase after him begins. Genre: Thriller, Crime. Release year: 2000-2019. Setting: America (presumably).
