I want to find an Asian romance drama movie. This one haunted me for years so I really really hope someone can help me find this. There is a couple date in highschool, the boy’s family is poor while the girl’s family is rich and her family has a biggest house in their town. They dated in secret because there was no way the girl’s family would accept the poor guy. So every night the boy would climb through the girl’s window to go on a date with her. I remember that the girl liked to eat fried chicken (?) or something that so the boy always brought over for her. Later, because their parents forbade it too harshly, the two of them decided to run away to be together, and they both escaped successfully.
At first, it was very fun, but then gradually because of work and money pressure, the boy got angry and cursed the girl in everyday matters. There was a time when the boy got into a fight (?) and had to go to the police station while he has no money, so the girl let the landlord touch her vagina to get money. The boy found out so he beat and cursed the girl, then the two argued, the boy - so anger that he force the girl to sleep with the landlord even though the girl said she hadn’t done anything, that man just touched her and they didnt have sex, then the boy left, the girl opened the door to the landlord’s room, oh I don’t remember if the girl and landlord really did anything at the end but the girl was so angry that she planned to do it. During this time, the girl’s parents were always hunting for her and offering a very high reward, and later the boy returned her to her family because he wanted her to have a better life.
Returning to the current plot, after losing his lover, the boy gone mad and wanders around with messy hair (?). Now he is kinda age so i will call him a man, so this man meet a girl and falls in love, then realizes that she is his daughter and the ex-lover he betrayed tries to get revenge on him by made he love her. There were some scenes about temples and cultivating things but I don’t really remember. As you can see, the movie is very fucked up, so I really want to find it again to see clearly all the questions I’ve had for a long time. I remember it was an Asian movie but not Japanese or Korean.
