I am thinking about a movie made probably in late 80s/early 90s. It had some sort of “fight to the death” tournament. In one scene a small dude was fighting a bigger one, he was seemingly winning, but then the big guy overwhelmed him and ripped his heart out, still beating, Temple of Doom style. I can’t find it anywhere. The title may have been something similar to “Showdown”, but not “Showdown in Little Tokyo”.
