A man and woman with no memory alone in a remote forest find an abandoned tower hotel

I think it was made between 2009 and 2019 and is possibly foreign. Two people alone in a remote forest with no prior memories come upon two long abandoned tower hotels in a clearing. The mysterious hotels provide food, water, shelter and even electricity so they decide to stay. The man finds some garbled audio recordings and spends his time trying to decipher them. Anyone know the name of this film?

To me it sounds a little like the TV-Series The I-Land from 2019 maybe?
