A young guy goes to Italy, I think. He meets a girl. That girl is immortal and must mate with a man or get pregnant to stay in human form otherwise she turns into a creature and her body rots. The guy goes to her house one time, finds her all transforming and all tentacles and nearly lost his life. At the end, she chooses to be mortal and be with the guy. Can anyone name the movie?
