I watched this movie as a kid so the details are hazy, but essentially it was set in London bc at some point the boy gets into that big white wheely thing in London. Other than that i remember him talking to the ghosts of William Wallace and Marry Queen of Scots. I had no idea who they were as a kid and not being English myself, so this is an educated guess. The one that i thought as Wallace didn’t had the lower half of his body, and Mary could take off her head whenever she wanted. I don’t remeber the plot of the movie but i think at some point they went to watch reenactment Mary’s execution. There could be a couple of more ghosts that I don’t remember.
There’s also the Voyagers! (TV Series 1982–1983)?
