A movie about spy girls with gems

The animation/cartoon film where there were 3 (might be 2) girls. One of them had a pearl floting on her head, others had gems on their forehead. They were some kind of spy, and there was a sound in the film, a woman singing ‘top top secret, top top secret’. I remember the style was like people were thin and slender, with very dull skin tone, girls were light shades of purple and pink .

I was watching this in 2010s, so it should be made then or before. It is not totally spies!. I have been searching it for 5 hours and nothing came up. Please help or i will loose my mind xd

I guess this is not a well known film - i do not remember any plot or special things, i just remember some pictures. Even if they were not spies, they were some kind of a woman-power-hero team. I hope someone knows this :heart:

Is it Steven Universe?

Noo it is not :( I watched steven universe, it is relatively new and its a series. What i am trying to remember is old from 2010s, only 2 or 3 girls are the main characters, and the idea is not revolved around gems - gems where just decorative. But thank you

Guys!!! I was thinking soooo hard on this and it suddenly hit me they were some kind of musical stars… i thought they were rock stars but then i saw the similarity between ‘top’ and ‘pop’… GUYS ITS THE POP SECRET. Its not power puff girls or totally spies :sob: i guess this movie is not popular - probably only a small portion of people on this app watched hopefully :sob::v:
