Possibly Escape from LA? The leader of a group brainwashes the presidents daughter to gain access to technology. She hates her father in it and I know they threaten to kill him in parts.

Nope. It's a serious and mostly unknown movie. And you can see the scene of brainwashing by sensory deprivation.
