IIRC is an american movie, the japanese man vs albino man is not the main focus since the protagonist, i think, is a western man figthing another guy, but his partner is the japanese man trying to get his own revenge.
I can barely remember but i think there is like an assassin ranking system involved and I think the protagonist is looking to fight number 1 and the japanese man is trying to kill the albino man who is number 2.
The samurai is wearing a typical japanese black kimono and the albino probably wears an (orange?) suit with a hat and fights with a cane sword.”
