I’m looking for a movie where gas is pumped into a balloon. When the balloon breaks the person in the room falls unconscious. Then another person wearing a gas mask and latex gloves enters the room and shoots the unconscious person with a gun.
It’s a pre-2000 movie.

Two robbers enter the room where the money with the guards is. The robbers put on gas masks, draw their pistols and one of them drops a balloon/gas bomb to the ground. The gas bomb detonates, the guards become disoriented and the robbers pack the money and leave.
