I’m looking for a movie from 80s or early 90s. One of the characters is African American man. He has a short, dark hair. He is standing outside, talking to someone, and after a moment, bloody tears begin to stream from his eyes. I seem to recall that he had some kind of condition that caused this (diabetic retinopathy maybe).
