The scene is from a live action movie or series. I saw it between 1993-1996 on TV.
The villan(s) had abducted women - amongst them the hero’s love interest. In the scene, the hero and a boy (sidekick?) break into a plane, to rescue the heros love interest. There are at least 20 women on the plane, who are sitting in their seats sleeping because they were sedated. The women were supposed to be sent against their will to the villan(s) by airplane.
I’m pretty sure that the hero and the boy came through a door in the floor.
