An American woman decides to drive and tour the Loop encircling Australia as Highway 1. She meets a local who lives out of his RV rigged for the Outback. Certain scenes include the RVer fishing with dynamite, making her a nice plated meal, and they ultimately fall in love. She gets tangled up with road thieves and he comes to her rescue several times.
