What I remember is some people chilling on the beach, then one of them notice a water horse fastly moving, but at first no one believes, after some days somehow the boy make friendship with the horse , after some days he found a magical piece of branch:herb:
and got power , the adventure begins, at the end the boy and horse say goodbye to team and goes into sea.this movie is between 2000 - 2010.
