A man is mutated by a disease that turns him into an inbred-like killer. He is referred to as “The carrier” in the movie. I saw this movie around 2002/2003, and I don’t remember anything else other than this specific scene where a woman is tied by her wrists, hanging from the ceiling where towards the end of the film “The carrier” playfully tries to stab her exposed abdomen as she desperately tries to swing herself out the way. I also believe she was fighting for her life alongside someone else. Please make my day by finding this very elusive childhood movie.
