I just watched this movie 2-3 years ago. It’s a chinese or japanese movie and was just recently made ( based on it’s CGI)
Plots I remember:
There’s a monster or spirit who has been inhabiting inside an old man’s body and when the man died, the monster trasferred to a young man.
There’s a girl looking for his father and became friend to the new host of the monster.
The girl found out that her dad is one of the red soldiers that had been haunting them.
The red soldiers can only move during daytime and hibernate during sunset.
The final boss was a blue giant monster with lots of hands
