Babysitting movie (i think) and siblings (a blonde younger sister and the brother is slightly older with brown hair) both quite young. They are on the run around a mall or aquarium with money that their babysitter wants. She sends security on the kids so they are basically on the run around the place they are in. By the end the kids dump the money into the water and it falls in and the babysitter is very upset with them. Could’ve been early 2000’s or older!!

it could've possibly been a relative of the children, like an aunt and she was money hungry. Yes i specifically remember money falling into like an aquarium or just a body of water by the end of the film, so like the money falling was a good thing because it stopped the woman from chasing the kids. It was definitely in english. Sadly I don't recall the year it could be newer than 2009 but not by much. I slightly remember the quality being like the older seasons of the tv show "friends". It's the kind of movie that if you told me the name I wouldn't be able to confirm but if I saw pics id know
