I’m looking for an episode of Baywatch where an obviously overweight man falls in love with the character played by Pamela Anderson (CJ Parker) and dreams of being a lifeguard by her side. I remember a scene in his imagination where they run together toward a drowning person, and then he takes her in his arms. Maybe the lifeguard had pulled him out of the water earlier and performed mouth-to-mouth resuscitation, but I’m not sure.

Maybe you are mixing up the TV series and the 2017 movie? There was a chubby/fat guy in the movie (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1469304/), and Pamela Anderson had a cameo in the movie.
