I’m trying to remember a scene from a TV show (I think it was a TV show, not a movie—but I’m not 100% sure). It was probably from before 2008.

Here’s what I remember:

  • The main character was a blonde woman, and she was a good fighter.

  • There was a one-on-one fight between her and a Black man who was wearing a suit.

  • Music was playing during the fight.

  • She was the protagonist and won the fight.

  • The most important detail: she stomped on him with her sneakers—heel stomps—about 3 or 4 times.

  • I remember their positions clearly: she was standing over him while he was down, and she delivered those stomps.

  • It wasn’t Buffy, Alias, Dark Angel, or Kill Bill.

  • I think it might have been from the show She Spies, but I’m not sure.

Does this ring a bell for anyone?

Where did the stomps land? Did the guy die?
