No, the movie I have in mind is much more recent, perhaps 2010s. Also, the main character is not a romantic person. She is fine in nature and doesn't get the social life around. Relatives try to dress her up but she just cannot do it.

Thanks! The movie I have in mind is slow, a bit sad, a bit uncomfortable. It is a historical movie, set in the 19th century or earlier. The young woman is shy and prefers to play with nature rather than relate to society. She barely speaks. She looks odd wearing pretty feminine clothes and eventually give up on them, disappointing her female relatives. It's not a very well known movie. She is not sensual at all.
