Can someone identify the name of a film

I was watching this film when I was much younger, it was a fantasy comedy film set in modern era, broadcasted on local tv station. As far as I remember, a girl or a boy or something discover a miniature doll sized man. There was scene where entire family become small as well and they get inside a car toy and pretend to be toy inside of it when a random man grab the car. The final scene is when they finally become normal sized again and the miniature guy become normal as well. I don’t remember what the language is, it is non English European film, possibly dutch or idk. Possibly 2000s or early 2010s films
