Can't remember the name of alien movie, need help

My wife and I watched a found footage alien movie from around 5 years ago.

The most I remember is friends meeting up at a bonfire party. I believe there were trailers or a trailer involved. The invasion takes place in the city while everyone is at the party, which is on the outskirts of the city. They end up having to go through some underground tunnel where they may/may not get attacked by aliens/creatures. When they get to the city, everyone is gone/abducted. Can’t remember much after that.

this has caves and aliens. any other details you can remember…where they teens?

No, it was definitely a movie. They were college age I think. It showed some of then getting ready and driving to our from an RV. There was a campfire, phone signals were lost, I believe power was lost. They headed towards the city from the country to investigate and ended up running from aliens into a sewer tunnel or cave tunnel?
