I remember what its about I believe it was based in Canada. Basically about this guy that has many woman and many children. He ended up killing one wife and took her rib bone and made it into a necklace.
They live in the woods away from everyone, they bake bread to sell. One night he gets drunk and cuts off his wifes hand not removing the blade till morning. Its based on a true story I believe. He made children watch as adults had sex. It had troubling parts but ended good. All the kids were taken away from them.
The pregnant woman were supposed to give up there babies once born but I believe they move before then. One child acted like a rabid dog because he was a servant.
