This is a movie i saw in the 90’s but don’t know if it’s from the 80’s or 90’s. This is what i can remember.
Young sister gets kidnapped because she is good with computer/software.
The older sister get’s help from this guys that has a “battery” heart and need to have it charged.
This guy also has a computer assistant (like iron man) that is in love it him and is jealous that the guy is in love with the sister.
I think it ends with the bad guy and the good guy fights virtually, and as always the good guy get’s the girl.
I hope this makes sense and that someone can help, it has been driving me crazy
