Hello,
So while I was scrolling through Pinterest I came across this image
and I had this sudden flash of a movie I watched years ago. I cannot think of nor find the movie and it’s really nagging at me.
Literally the only thing I remember is that there’s a group of people wearing these types of costumes. I think it may have been a race? I also believe it was a cartoon, but my main memory was thinking about how bright the ribbons on the “horses” were. It can’t be any newer than 2006/7, but could be much older.
