Could any body help me identify this movie

Dear all,
could any body help me identify this movie that I saw some years back. There are two small families with teenage kids. Families are related to each other. These are the families of two brothers and they are shown in a house-either they are visiting each other or else. The important part is that one brother is having an affair with his sister-in-law. The movie shows an “intimate scene” between them while other people do not know about it. the families are of European or Latin american race.

I think its name was like “familia” etc but could not find such movie. Thanks in advance to people who help me find this movie.

How old is your movie? Is it a chance that it is Polish movie?

Thank you for the suggestion. No, it was not 'shameless'. It was an older movie. The characters like "the two men and their wives" are in their 40's or 50's. They have grown up kids and name is related to "familia" or something
