Basically a dead body is found in the lake at the end of the movie, it might be a movie from 2000-2010 propably. In the end there are cops and police cars and they take the body out by pulling it with chain I think, while the cops are on a small boat. During the movie there is a woman that is kinda cursed by the ghost of the dead body so to be found. There is one scene where this lady is in a department like police station or just like office something and ( from the desk a pencil is falling down while rolling, when she lay down ti get the pencil the feets of the person in front of her look like dead and with water). Also during the movie there is a lady that this main actress visits sometime and this older lady reads tarot cards for her.
