Disturbing movie from the 2000 or 2010's

Hi, guys! I need help finding a movie that a guy or a group of students (I believe from High School) start a social project/experiment using videocameras or cellphones and they begin filming several people on several occasions on order to prove some point (I forgot what it was) One of the guys begins to realize that he can do this experiment to do bad things. I recall him as a known actor as Kyle Gallner or Dane DeHaan or some guy that resembles them. The scene that marked me was one that he entered a public bathroom and there was a little black girl there and he goes with her to one of the stools and “abuse” her while filming . This scene was unexpected and it marked me. Sorry, I do not have more things I remember. I do not think it was a mainstream movie but rather an indie one. But I may be wrong,

I remember watching this. Maybe a flashback scene. Takes place in a casino toilet. The little girl's father was gambling. This was the Sherrice Iverson story. But I couldn't find the scene I was watching.

Same thing came to my mind. Maybe it was a docudrama as shown on the channel REELZ.

I am sure it was a movie, not a docudrama or a true crime drama from a real person's story. The scne with the girl is already in the end and the bathroom could be of a mall, convenience store or maybe the school they went orsome other school. It is focused on the group of students social experiment not on some true crime. But thanks! Keep the guesses coming!

And the little girl is not a character in the movie, she appears for just a minute and is just someone to show how the main guy is mean and the evil in him is escalating from this point on, having the social experiment as an excuse.

I googled the Sherrice Iverson story and it is not that, for sure, but thanks.

Is it Dread (2009)?

I watched the trailer and it seemed totally different that I remember. I remember them recording on their school, on the streets, malls, etc. And it has to have the scene with the little girl, because it got stuck in my mind. The premise is right. I will watch it on Prime and then come back here to say if it is the one or not, Provably not, but I have to watch it entirely to be sure. Thanks in advance.
