The 3rd kid is being raised by a single mother. There was a heartbreaking scene with the mother saying her son had been abused by his stepfather, who was currently in prison. There was a scene of the kid going trick or treating and talking to the camera about how he hates rapists and felt that people who rape should get raped themselves.
