I’m looking for a drama movie from 90s probably. Years later, a woman returns to the small town where she grew up, having left due to a conflict with her parents and sister. The reason for her visit is the illness of a family member, likely her father. She also runs into her former lover, with whom she rekindles a relationship, but ultimately it doesn’t work out. I know that this sister had a son named Philip (I’m almost 100% sure of the name), who had Down syndrome. The film ends with the woman reconciling with everyone in the face of her father’s death; after the funeral, she says goodbye and leaves. Before that, she talks to her nephew and asks him to take care of his mother.
