Escape from New York rif-off

I’m looking for a movie I watched many years ago. It is an Escape from New York rip-off. It’s set in some dystopic future and there is a character like Snake Plissken who has some mission.

I only remember two scenes. In one the Snake Plissken-like-character offer to help a female character in exchange for sex and she agrees. In the other scene the Plissken-like-character faces a female bounty hunter he knows, gets close and points a gun to her belly.

No, it's not Streets of Fire. For what I remember the movie I'm looking for is set in a quite dystopic sci-fi future.

That is a good guess, I probed that one before. It has a similar vibe but it's not the one I'm looking for.
