The film was about two misfits who moved in together. Both were brilliant losers. One wanted to create an online payment system so he could buy pornography online. Ultimately he succeeded. I believe this film may be a significant historical document (after fact checking). Probably it was on HBO, possibly it was on Netflix. I believe one of the two may have been a veterinarian struck off for malpractice. The other may have been a teacher.
