Trying to find name of film from childhood - comedy spy caper I think. Was in colour. Remember one key scene on a street where secret document is being photographed by series of spy’s all in disguise who then gets killed by next spy who takes a photo using a mini camera disguised as part of their costume and then killed by next person who takes a photo etc. Disguises were an organ grinder with monkey, an ice cream seller, a diver coming out of a manhole. Think film set in Med somewhere.

There’s a sequence a bit like that in The Pink Panther Strikes Again where 26 assassins try to kill Inspector Clouseau.
