I’m trying to find a film, but I just remember one scene. It featured a bearded guy, with more or less long hair, wearing a suit and tie; He was in a helicopter flying over New York, later on he looked at the Twin Towers and said something like “next time, you’ll be on the ground”. I think this film was relased during the early 1990s.
