I watched this movie when I was around 12 years old, late at night on TV. It’s likely from the seventies or early eighties. I only remember the final scene.

A motorcyclist is scratched to death (maybe stabbed) by three girls in a secluded house because he mentioned he was happy there. The scene takes place on a white couch, which becomes covered in blood after the murder.
