It’s a funny scene from a movie and I can’t remember the movie. There is a car chase going on and the chasing truck has something like a huge gun or rocket launcher. They fly through a speed trap and the rookie cop passenger in the cop car goes to turn on the light and sirens. The older cop sees the madness, stops the rookie, saying something like, “nope, uh-un, no.” I think it’s from around 2016, but they may just be when I watched it.
