Hi, there! I saw this movie ca. 20 years ago. There was this little girl as a side character who was addicted to sugar, and she was hiding somewhere eating a ton of sweet things in a really disgusting way. Somehow she was later converted from sweets to vegetables, but we see her hiding again and eating veggies the same way, aggressively and uncontrollable. Can’t remember any other details.
I don’t know if this is it but Pecker’s sister “Little Chrissy” is addicted to sugar and later in the movie she starts eating correctly. It’s a comedy and the actual plot is much different but there is highlights to her sugar addiction in the movie.
