I watched that movie on the TV as a child so it’s probably before 2016 at least, it didn’t look too old, it was probably 2000’s. I remember the beginning. It was about a group of young adults, they were sitting on a fountain (? And making sexual jokes i think 
I recall there was one couple in the friend group for sure. And then they go to a haunted house idr how. One of the girls get possessed and kills her boyfriend or her boyfriend kills her I don’t remember, I think they die one by one and at the end the main girl dies but for some reason I remember her staying trapped in the house forever as a ghost. I remember random details like the main girl had dark hair, and I think the other girl in the group had red hair maybe(? I can’t remember anything else
