Hi, im trying to find an 80s or early 90s movie that I only remember a couple snippets of. I believe it starts out with someone stealing a dirt bike or motorcycle. I also remember a scene where a group of kids are partying and decide to break into a neighbors house. The neighbor are supposed to be away or not home and when they go in they are home and at least one of the kids gets shot. That’s all that I can remember I know it’s not much. Thanks in advance for the help.

It’s teen violence. I am not sure it exactly fits on the shooting part but there are a few gun scenes.

Could it be the legend of Billie Jean?
There is a scooter/motorcyle theft, a few incidents with guns. A couple people shot. They do enter an empty mansion and a teen is there but they are not shot at that point.
