the film begins with the fact that a woman and her two sons pick up a grandmother from a nursing home and take her home, where it turns out that this grandmother sold her soul in her youth to get pregnant and her husband hacked himself to death, then under the carpet or in the floor the two sons find this grandmother’s cursed book, after one of the sons tries to get rid of this book, a piece of iron flies into him and he and his mother have to go to the hospital while the second son is left alone in the house with his grandmother

A brother left with his grandmother who is a demon is heavily inspired from Stephen King’s short story gramma. There was a twilight episode on this story. Maybe you should find for films based on this short story. I think it is Mercy(2014)
