it is a time loop film? in english? when did you see it? always in a wheelchair?

I know you said wheelchair, this one has no wheelchair in it, I am just throwing it out there because a man tries to prevent a bomb explosion in a confined space (on a train) in a time loop. Maybe this is a too obvious movie to suggest:
“Source Code” (2011)?
