So when i was a kind (beginning of the 2000s) i watched this movie but it’s like it never existed. i don’t remember much about it but i know it wasn’t animated, the people were real, but there were butterflies that kinda had a face and everything? So this man who collects butterflies and hangs them is now trying to do the same to the ‘main’ butterfly, but i think a kid was trying to help it. I think the butterfly was made using stop motion or something similar, and the lighting was dark and threatening most of the time.
this is all i can remember and i sometimes wonder if i imagined all that. Let me know if you have any info on this!
