I am looking for a movie whose first sequence shows a man in a desert environment who is running away and a woman with a wooden spear is chasing him. That woman and her brother hunt people and take them home and eat them. Not exact but I think the movie is from 2000 to 2008. The sister was the main character of this movie. I have to answer where most of the movie takes place. In the balanced mode, there was a sequence of a man who had an affair with a prostitute in a hotel and then killed her. And a sequence of this girl and her brother.
If details help, I’d say the guy had long hair and a good build. This man also had a motorcycle with long handlebars. He once strangled a woman with a belt during sex. Or, for example, after killing another, he took a spoon and started to the woman’s breast. I even remember the image from the original cover of the movie where the man was leaning on his motorcycle and the woman was standing behind him and if I’m not mistaken the man was holding a shotgun.

Look, I don’t remember exactly when I saw it, but it was at least 7 or 8 years ago. As for whether it had nudity or not, yes, there was a lot. Almost all the scenes between the man and the prostitutes were about sex. The movie is not very scary, it’s more about sex and excitement.
