Help me please to find name of a movie I saw many years ago

Hello everyone, I am new here.
I am looking for a movie where a woman has an some kind of advanced/sci-fi camera, and one point she goes to some strange place to film her self with the camera in having sex with men.
I am not sure if it is a Spanish or Italian movie, it was long ago as and I don’t really know what year is it was.

Update: I have found a little video from instagram of this movie

Could you upload the video somewhere where one can see it without having to register on a website? Or can you give the username of the IG user who has that video? (The websites I've found which allow one to watch IG content without having to register don't work with a direct link to a video, they all ask for a username.)
