On British Tv late 70s or early 80s… Film set in an American city…maybe New York or Chicago …main character a bald guy, kind of a supernatural film but in a seeing the future or past kind of way… definitely an aspect of premonition about the whole thing…sequences where he or someone else saw fire and one recurring image over and over was of a big delivery truck or a billboard that had a Womens advert for underwear or cosmetics on the side of it but the picture was ripped across the woman’s face and was flapping down … saw this over and over and that’s the main I recall …
